Company training and further education in the Corona crisis is a valuable investment for the challenges after Corona. During the contact restrictions, digital learning became more important than ever. The schambeck group has already introduced an e-learning management system “SELMA” since 2017 and led it to success. SELMA is a prime example of operational knowledge management and was awarded the Cross-Border-Award in 2018. Employees have standardised access to further training opportunities in all employee languages. Tests and the involvement of superiors ensure that the learning objectives have been achieved, said Christian Schambeck (center) Mayor Seifert pointed out the advantages of Oberschneiding as a business and education location with the opportunities offered by the IT and education center. Helmut Hentschel pointed out funding possibilities for further education measures.
