ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION – CLIMATE PROTECTION – WATER PROTECTION

The entire building concept is dedicated to these maxims.

PHOTOVOLTAICS

The 1,000 sqm roof area is fully equipped with photovoltaics.

This enables our company building to ecologically produce electricity from solar energy for about 80 households.

BLOCK-TYPE THERMAL POWER STATION

The building is heated by a combined heat and power unit, which also generates electricity.

When burning fossil fuels, only about 44% of the energy is used. Through combined heat and power generation we achieve an energy utilization of fossil energy (environmentally friendly gas) of approx. 90%.

INFILTRATED PARKING SPACES

The entire surface water of the roof and outdoor facilities is seeped away 100% through infiltration ditches.

HEATING

By using renewable energies we contribute to the protection of the environment!

We are participants in the Bavarian Environmental Pact and have voluntarily committed ourselves to the qualified environmental performance “Strengthening the environment and the economy together”.
